How does the Cosmed subscription work?
Once you’ve selected your products and submitted the subscription form, we’ll review your request and send you a secure payment link by email. After you complete the payment, your subscription is activated and your products will be shipped and renewed according to the schedule agreed in the form or our follow‑up communication.
Which payment methods can I use for my subscription?
You can pay for your subscription using the following methods:

Bancontact
Credit or Debit Card
EPS
Klarna
Link (Stripe Link)
Przelewy24 (P24)
Revolut Pay
iDEAL
All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
How is the shipping price calculated for subscription orders?
Shipping prices for subscription orders are the same as for regular purchases on our webshop.
This means:
The same shipping fees apply per country
The same free-shipping thresholds apply
Any country-specific rules or rates remain identical to a normal one-time order
You will always see the shipping cost as part of your subscription summary before you complete your payment.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Manage your subscription in the Stripe billing portal
Log in with the email address you used for your subscription
Select your active subscription and choose Cancel subscription
You can also email us at benelux@cosmedcosmeceuticals.com if you need help cancelling.
What happens if I want a refund for my initial order?
If you wish to return your first subscription order:
Please first check and follow our standard refund/return policy on the website.
Send your products back to us according to that policy.
Once we have received and processed your returned package, we will cancel your subscription so that no further renewals are charged.
Please also inform us by email at benelux@cosmedcosmeceuticals.com so we can link your return to your subscription.
