Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Due to the nature of our products, which are all personal care and cosmetic items, returns are subject to strict hygiene regulations.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

The seal on the product must be intact

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase
If the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Non-returnable Items
As a seller of personal care products, we do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
If you need a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under EU law, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply to unsealed personal care items, due to hygiene considerations.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
